In Loving Memory of Russell Gregory Clark
October 23, 1973 – February 19, 2026
"Those we love don’t go away; they walk beside us every day."
Russell Gregory Clark, 52, of Kentucky, passed away on February 19, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and devotion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Russell was a hardworking Certified Nursing Assistant who took great pride in caring for others. He had a strong work ethic, a sharp sense of humor, and an uncanny ability to light up a room. He was happiest when he could make others laugh and bring joy to those around him.
Outside of work, Russell loved tinkering with cars, fixing things, and helping anyone who needed a hand. He was a loyal friend, always ready with a smile or a joke — but above all, he was an extraordinary father.
He cherished life’s simple comforts: sleeping in when he could, and indulging in his favorite treats — ice cream, Skittles, and Smarties. Those small joys were uniquely part of who he was.
Above all else, Russell’s greatest pride and purpose came from being a father to his two sons, Russell and Matthew. His love for them was deep, steady, and unconditional — the truest reflection of the man he was.
Russell is survived by his sons, Russell and Matthew; his mother, Sandra; his brothers, Bill, Gary, and Mike; and his sister, Shelly. He was preceded in death by his sister, Stormy, and his father, William.
Russell will be remembered for his laughter, his compassion, and the love he gave so freely to his family and friends. His memory will continue to warm the hearts of all who knew him.
Funeral services for Russell will be help on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 1:00PM at Fountain Square Cremation and Funeral Services. Family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the hour of the service.
"To know him was to love him — and to be loved by him was one of life’s greatest gifts."
